BUILDING MANAGER
With a strong foundation in property operations, facilities management, administration, and finance, I bring a well-rounded skill set to my role as Building Manager.
My foundation in property began here in New Zealand, where I earned my real estate license and worked with one of the country's leading agencies. This passion for property then led me to London, where I spent a year working for a small estate agency and four years managing super-prime internationally significant properties in the heart of Mayfair, Westminster for a leading central London managing agent.
Prior to this, leading a team of nine support services staff taught me the importance of clear communication and efficient project delivery. Whether managing local government contracts or coordinating complex property operations, I've learned that the best results come from understanding what each building and community needs.
Outside of Work
I'm passionate about giving back to the community. As a former member of a local government body, I plan to return to civic involvement soon to stay connected with community initiatives and make a real difference in the lives of Aucklanders - where I was born and raised.
I enjoy live music, exploring the outdoors, swimming, skiing (still shaking off the rust!), films, food and quality time with friends and family. My partner and I especially love visiting Tiritiri Matangi for its natural beauty and biodiversity.
