ISH CHANDRASEKAR

As an Operations Manager at Constant Building Management, it's my responsibility to oversee and make sure buildings in our Auckland portfolio are looking and performing at their best. With over three years of experience in facilities and building management, my approach is hands-on and detail-focused.

For me, effective building management isn't just about fixing what's broken. It's about looking ahead and being proactive. I coordinate everything from routine maintenance to Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) compliance, making sure your property maintains its value while meeting all the latest building management requirements in NZ.

My background in hospitality shaped my view that exceptional service is about anticipating needs before they arise. After seven years of creating memorable experiences in that industry, I now apply those same high standards to building management.

Outside of work

On the weekends, you'll find me unwinding with a good TV series, working out at the gym, or spending quality time with my cat. I'm also something of a foodie, always on the lookout for new restaurants and exploring different corners of Auckland.
