As the Managing Director and Owner of Constant Building Management, I’m proud to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional building management services. Together we take a considered approach to building and facilities management, focusing on exceeding expectations and ensuring our work consistently adds value.
I oversee the service delivery and strategic direction for Constant Building Management, but you’ll often find me on-site, addressing building issues directly and engaging with Body Corporates as their primary point of contact. My hands-on approach ensures I stay closely connected to the properties we manage and the people we partner with.
My vision for Constant Building Management is simple: to lead the way in how buildings are cared for across New Zealand. We're building a team that's not just skilled but genuinely invested in property care. By combining smart people with innovative technology, we're creating a new standard in building management - one where exceptional service isn't just promised, it's delivered every day.
My journey to property and facility management in NZ has been shaped by some unique experiences. Before taking the helm at Constant Building Management, I served as the General Manager for one of New Zealand's largest commercial landlords, overseeing an extensive portfolio of buildings. Earlier, my work as a lawyer gave me a sharp eye for detail and an understanding of building compliance and governance. Ten years as a NZ Army officer rounds out my experience and has shaped my ability to think strategically.
Outside of Work
When I'm not at work, you will find me in my role as Dad to three energetic small kids. My wife Claire and I spend our weekends in a whirlwind of kids’ activities or, preferably, time spent outdoors with the family - whether it’s by the water, mountain biking, hiking, or skiing. In between that, I still make time for good mates and great food!
