With over a decade of experience in commercial property and facilities management, I bring a solutions-focused approach to everything I do as Senior Building Manager.

My career in property began at one of New Zealand's leading privately owned commercial property companies, where I spent six years as a Senior Operations Manager. Working across a portfolio of over 800 commercial and government tenancies, I developed a deep understanding of what it takes to keep buildings performing at their best, managing daily operations, overseeing tenant fit-outs and building upgrades, and ensuring contractor delivery was always on time and on scope. Being the go-to person for tenants and building owners taught me that strong relationships and clear communication are the key to great building management.

From there, I took on a facilities management role for a medium-sized shopping centre, where I managed day-to-day operations, contractor relationships, and service contracts.  Alongside this, I've worked in property management, supporting owners and prospective tenants through every step of the process. 

I hold a Bachelor of Communications from AUT, which has shaped the way I think about communication, people, and the environments we create together.

Outside of Work

Life outside work is busy and full - in the best way!  My husband and I are mid-renovation on our family home, which keeps us on our toes, and we're raising our girl gang of three, who make every weekend an adventure. We love getting out and making the most of everything New Zealand has to offer, spending time with family and friends.
